Vacant Staging
Vacant staging transforms an empty shell into a home.

Our team use design psychology and market insight to transform your property into a space that resonates with many potential buyers.

All furniture and accessories used to dress the property, top to bottom, is from our own inventory.

For best results staging day should ideally be the day before photography.

Rental duration is 5 weeks, this allows a week prior for photography and copywriting plus a four week marketing campaign. If you require the rental for longer, we offer weekly extensions upon completion of the initial agreement.
Occupied Staging
Occupied staging is the art of styling using a combination of your own furniture along with items from our inventory. We consider the style of property, colour scheme and style of furniture already in the house to bring the space together effortlessly and elegantly.

We will advise on decluttering, depersonalising and provide a to do list to prepare you for staging day. For best results staging day should ideally be the day before photography.

Photoshoot Staging
Photoshoot staging is exactly as it sounds, staging your property for the photoshoot only. The majority of purchasers start their journey online. So it makes sense to increase online appeal; bringing more foot traffic to open homes.
This is a cost effective marketing strategy for those on a tight budget. The service starts with a consultation, where we will advise on decluttering, itmes to be removed and any necessary repairs.
The stage includes soft furnishings and accessories only, ie, bedding, cushions, throws, possible artwork, vases, greenery. We will use these items to enhance your own furniture to have your property photoshoot ready! Once the photoshoot is complete, we will de-stage and remove our items. To make the process even simpler, we will provide you with a To do list ready for staging day.
Virtual Staging
